Tom Jobim / Vinicius de Moraes

Tom Jobim's handwriting. This sheet was used as a reference by the arranger Leo Peracchi when he was working on the orchestrations for the Long Play "Por toda minha vida" (Through all my life), featuring the female singer Lenita Bruno, in 1959.
In measure 19 (the last of the fourth staff) Jobim forgot to write the chord change, a D major: D7+ (or Dmaj7).
This score includes the particularly beautiful interlude in A minor, for orchestra only, starting at the sixth staff. After that, the singer resumes the main theme.

See info on the record, which has been released on CD for a few years now , and a reproduction of this sheet in larger size.
